Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

By playing Tycoon Cards or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

Tycoon Cards is a free browser-based game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disrupt the service, nor to use automated tools to access the site in ways that would impose an unreasonable load on our servers.

Intellectual property

All content, artwork, game systems, names, logos and trademarks on this site are the property of Tycoon Games Australia or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission, except for fair-use purposes such as reviews or commentary.

No warranty

The game and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of game progress, data or revenue.

Virtual items

All in-game money, cards, businesses and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify, balance or remove virtual items as part of normal game updates.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
