Information we do not collect
Tycoon Cards does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personally identifiable information in order to play. We do not operate analytics servers, advertising networks or user tracking systems on this site.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress (money, cards, businesses, prestige points and related statistics) is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data:
- Never leaves your device unless you export and share it yourself.
- Is not accessible to other websites.
- Is deleted when you clear your browser data.

Third-party services
The current version of Tycoon Cards does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising or social services. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out where applicable.
Children's privacy
Tycoon Cards is appropriate for players aged 10 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because no personal data is collected from any player, there is nothing to collect from children specifically.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no data for us to disclose, delete or export on request. Your save data is under your control at all times via your browser settings.
Data retention
Game saves persist until you clear them or the browser evicts local storage (for example, when the device is low on space). We do not retain any data server-side.
Security
The game is served over HTTPS. Save data is sanitised on load to protect against corrupted or tampered local storage. We follow standard web-security best practices including protection against XSS and unsafe local storage usage.

If we materially change what data we handle, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
